Our structures are supported by an industrial-grade galvanized steel frame to provide unwavering structural support. The fabric cover is NFPA701 flame retardant and rip resistant. It is also available in three different weights: 18, 22, and 28 ounce. Furthermore, we can specially engineer a structure to comply with regulations for wind loads, snow loads, and seismic activity. With proper maintenance, our fabric structures can last for decades.
Exceptional Thermal Performance
In addition to being durable and customizable, the fabric structures made by Big Top are designed for superior thermal performance. They have a UPF rating of 2,000 and a conventional rating of 50 plus, helping to protect your employees and equipment from the harshness of the sun’s ultraviolet rays. In fact, our fabric passes the AATCC 182-2014 UV penetration test, blocking out 99.95% of both UV-A and UV-B light. The result is a safer work environment for your staff and protection for your materials and equipment.

Thanks to the UV-reflective fabric, the interiors of our fabric buildings naturally stay at a pleasant temperature that is, on average, 15 degrees cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter than the temperature outside. Additionally, the fabric cover is translucent and will allow sunlight to illuminate the interior, reducing your reliance on artificial lighting.
